Central School District and the CTE Small Engine Technology program. He began his career in June 2021 as a road technician with Kleis Equipment LLC, Constantia, and credits his time at CiTi for helping to find his passion.

"CiTi BOCES gave me the opportunity to find something I actually wanted to do," he said. “Every program is set up to give you the idea of the real-life, day-to-day experience of your career.” Dylan completed two internships in his field during his time at CiTi and continued his education at a Connecticut trade school where he completed a program in Diesel Technology. Dylan can still be found at the CiTi campus from time to time, participating in training sessions for Doosan Infracore North America which manufactures the construction equipment his company sells and rents.
