CiTi alumna Hailie Fullmer is a Fulton City District 2018 graduate from the Cosmetology program. She currently works in Syracuse at The Salon by CNY Facecandy. During her time in the Cosmetology program, she had great success earning her an internship, which propelled her into her current position. Fullmer said the cosmetology instructors helped her step out of her comfort zone and shaped her into who she is today.
